Posting for a friend…. I had a terrible experience with this business (THE FLOWER BUCKET) and would not recommend them to anyone. I placed three flower orders for delivery, and the situation was handled in a completely unprofessional and unacceptable way. During the first delivery, the driver actually told the recipient that I was sending flowers to three different women. That was none of their business to share and a complete violation of privacy. A delivery driver should never be discussing a customer’s personal matters—this alone was enough to ruin the entire experience. On top of that, I specifically requested one order be anonymous, but they included my name AND my phone number anyway. That is a serious breach of trust. To make matters worse, one of the arrangements I paid close to $150 for was not what I received at all. It was a small, basic carnation arrangement that looked nothing like what I ordered. After checking their website, I found a similar arrangement listed for only $36.73. Completely misleading and not worth what I paid. When I brought these issues up, I was told the driver was “written up,” but that response felt inadequate given how serious this situation

I was trying to get stargazer lilies for my 26th wedding anniversary to surprise my wife with. I had called close to closing time and Kellie asked how far away I was from the shop. She waited the 10 minutes after closing and created a wonderful bouquet of Lillie’s and provided a box to transport them to the restaurant where I was setting up the table for my anniversary dinner. Her help was instrumental in making a perfect experience with a well set table for my wife for our special evening. Wonderful service above and beyond expectations and a super nice individual as a person willing to give of her time to help make an occasion that much better. All the stars and will absolutely use this business again. Thank you for your help! I couldn’t have done it without you!

I came in on a whim for my mom's birthday. After they weren't out of carnations. I seen this beautiful arrangement! I got it. My mom had an absolute huge smile on her face. These ladies are absolutely WONDERFUL! so friendly. Helped me with everything. I highly recommend them!

The arrangement I ordered for my sister and her husband’s 50 th wedding anniversary party was just beautiful and better than I imagined. There were white roses , lilies and tulips and they found or made some mint green carnation looking flowers just like the ones from the wedding 50 years ago!!! Other flowers that I didn’t know the name of but were pretty.The boutonnière and wristlet were beautiful also. A nice touch for this special occasion. My first order from the Flower Bucket because they had great ratings and I agree. They arrived timely also. Thank you!!!

Dear Kellie, I arrived in Waco late on the night of December 30. Early the next morning, I searched online and was grateful to find The Flower Basket and to learn that you offered same-day service. I was at your door promptly at 8:00 a.m. on January 2 to select flowers for a funeral service on January 3. You were the only one working that morning, yet you took the time to help me choose the perfect arrangement. Despite doing double duty—both creating arrangements and handling deliveries—you personally made the arrangement and even had it ready ahead of schedule. You called me at 11:00 a.m. to let me know it was finished. I truly appreciated your concern, your professionalism, and especially your keeping your promise during a time when I really needed it. I was more than happy to pick up the flowers myself, knowing how much you had on your plate. Thank you, Kellie, for your kindness and compassion. It means more to me than I can express.
